Terms and Conditions

Before buying a widget you must read and agree to our terms and condition first.

1. Widget License — When you buy a widget, you have the rights to use that widget in any of your websites as long as it is within your account's dashboard where the widget was installed. The widget is for use only. You do not have the the rights to sell or give the widget to others.
   
   
2. Refund Policy — You can refund the money if the widget is not yet installed. If the widget has been already installed, there will be no refund anymore.
   
   
3. Widget Installation — Below are the requirements when buying a widget
   a. Duda account - The account should have access to widget builder.
   b. API access - If the widget that you are going to buy requires API access, the duda account should have access to Duda API and you will be providing your own Duda API key.
   
   
4. Delivery — The widget will be added to your account within 24 hours.
   
   
5. Revisions — We will still revise a widget even after the delivery and approval of the client. This revision include fixing bugs only. Additional features is not included.
   
   
6. What You See Is What You Get — We will only add the widget exactly the same from live preview.
   
   
7. Customization —The widgets listed in our shop can be customized according to your needs and we will charge you additional fee for the customization. If the customization requires a new layout or if it is completely different from the original widget, kindly send us a message to have your custom widget created for you. We have custom pricing for custom widgets.
   
   
8. Data Installation — Adding data to the widget is not included in the price. For example, if you buy an Image Slider widget, we will only install it to your platform. It is up to you to upload the images that you need.
